Management Trainee

Fratelli Cosulich Group is looking for a Management Trainee to be based in Genova and support our CEO, assisting as an integrator within the Marine Energy Business Unit and with the broader organization.

This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience understanding how the Fratelli Cosulich Group operates acting as advisor to enhance operational efficiency.

• Communicate with and act as a liaison between the CEO and different stakeholders
• Prepare for and follow up on meetings, ensure action points are implemented
• Manage special projects for the CEO, assist in the organization of events and conferences
• Ensure timely and effective completion and follow up on projects and initiatives
• Provide communications support: drafting company newsletters, reports, speeches and presentations
• Interdepartmental collaboration
• Internal communication of strategy

• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Italian and in English (other language skills are a benefit)
• Strategic decision-making
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels
• Executive-level advising
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
